This kit is the exact same as the V1S angle kit. The only difference is you supply your own spindles and save some money! The JB Angle Kit V1 is more efficient for your wallet and calendar! Listed at $250 cheaper than V1S kit and zero wait time if the V1S kit is out of stock. Once ordered you will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare your spindles to be shipped to me and the best way to ship them.

The Jarvis Built angle kit will greatly improve the drift ability of your Lincoln Mark VIII, Ford Thunderbird or Mercury Cougar with an estimated 50 degrees of lead wheel angle with proper suspension and alignment tuning. Many changes have been made to give you a smoother and easier to control drift. You can now achieve up to -6 degrees of camber (depending on ride height) with the extended lower control arms. The ackermann has been reduce by 1/3 to make those corrections just a little bit easier. The tie rod knuckle has been shortened to allow for more steering angle and a quicker steering response. Lastly, the sway bar links have been relocated from the spindle to the lower control arm to avoid over rotating the factory sway bar links.

Included in kit:

-1 set of new modified lower control arms

-1 set of new sway bar links

 *professional installation recommended

*only fits 93-97 Thunderbirds and cougars and 93-98 MarkVIIIs or 89-92 cars that have done the 93+ front end conversion

*all Cougars and Thunderbirds without sport brakes (MarkVIII brakes) will have less angle due to caliper and sway bar clearance. Removing the sway bar will allow full use of the angle kit

*please allow 3-4 weeks for fabrication from the date your spindles are received

*coilovers are required for proper operation of angle kit.

*minimum 16" wheel size is required. most wheels will require a 1" spacer. In some cases a 2" spacer may be required. For reference a 16x6.5 wheel with +55 offset requires a 2" spacer.

*0 degrees toe is highly recommended due to the ackermann angle. Toe out may result in poor performance.

*-6 degrees camber is highly recommended for optimal steering angle
